1. How do I sign-up for DesignFinder? You can sign-up here. |

2. How do I change my email address to login? To change your e-mail address please login using your old email and password, then select "edit my account" located in the upper right corner of the page and enter your new information. |

| 3. I can’t login. What should I do? Your login is case sensitive. If you have more than one email account make sure you’re using the email you used to set up your listing. If you still can’t login please contact the Webmaster. |

4. How do I edit my listing? To edit any information in your listing please login and select "edit my account" located in the upper right corner of the page. Use the “Next” button to go to the page you want to edit. Simply type (or paste) your changes in the appropriate text entry boxes and Save. To change images click the “Browse” button, locate the image files on your computer, then upload. |

5. How do I scan my photographs? If you don’t have images in digital format it’s easy to have photos, slides and transparencies scanned at your local copy shop. |

6. How do I prepare my images? Use any photo editing software to prepare your images for the Web. You can upload images with a resolution of 72 dpi, in JPEG or GIF formats (JPEGS are generally better). Simple images, close-ups, and light backgrounds generally reproduce best on the Web. Make sure your images are sharpened before you upload them. For more detailed information see How To Prepare Images. |

7. What are the maximum image sizes? Your photograph (headshot): 80 pixels wide x 120 pixels high Your best design work: 250 x 250 pixels with a maximum file size of 25K. |

8. Will you set up my listing for me? Yes, DesignFinder has an agreement with Resolve Digital to provide the help you need on a time and materials basis. If you provide your text and images in electronic format it will generally take one to two hours to prepare your images for the web and set up your listing. The hourly rate for these services is $120. |

9. Can you help me with copywriting? Yes, Resolve Digital offers professional copywriting and editing services on an hourly basis. |
